7bis. Data Transfers Outside the European Union
Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, particularly when our subcontractors (Tally, Airtable) store or process data from the United States.

Data collected as part of the Design Club network are retained:

or until a deletion request is made;
or for a maximum of 3 years of inactivity, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
Data are securely deleted once no longer needed.
9. How We Protect Your Personal Data
The website is hosted via HTTPS (secure connection). Data collected through Tally and stored in Airtable benefit from the security measures provided by these platforms (encryption, restricted access).
Although we take all reasonable precautions to secure user data, the Internet may present vulnerabilities, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with legal requirements and take necessary measures to mitigate risks.
