This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the Terms and Conditions of Use of our website.

Personal data collected on our website will be used only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or indicated on relevant pages of our website. We will not use your data beyond what we disclose.

a. Building and managing the Design Club expert network, and connecting members with clients for freelance or full‑time opportunities.

a. Tally (online form tool, data collection subcontractor)

b. Airtable (CRM database, storage of network member data)

a. First name, last name, email address, phone number, professional information (specialty, experience, availability)

Third parties will not be able to access user data beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Other Disclosures

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties except in the following cases:

a. if required by law;

b. if required for legal proceedings;

c. to prove or protect our legal rights;

d. to buyers or potential buyers in the event of a sale of the company.

7bis. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, particularly when our subcontractors (Tally, Airtable) store or process data from the United States.

Personal data are stored for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or to comply with legal obligations. Once this period has expired, the data will be securely deleted.

8bis. Specific Retention Period

Data collected as part of the Design Club network are retained:

as long as the individual wishes to remain a member of the network;

or until a deletion request is made;

or for a maximum of 3 years of inactivity, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Data are securely deleted once no longer needed.

The website is hosted via HTTPS (secure connection). Data collected through Tally and stored in Airtable benefit from the security measures provided by these platforms (encryption, restricted access).

Although we take all reasonable precautions to secure user data, the Internet may present vulnerabilities, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with legal requirements and take necessary measures to mitigate risks.
